CreateQuote is an AI-assisted metal fabrication quoting tool. The Service generates estimates for materials, labor, hardware, and consumables based on user-provided job descriptions, photos, and answers to clarifying questions. Quotes are estimates and should be verified by qualified fabricators before use in binding contracts.

The Service is offered under tiered subscription plans. Pricing, features, and limits are as described on our website and may change with 30 days' notice. Beta testers with valid invite codes may access the Service at no charge during the beta period.

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is the property of CreateQuote. Your job descriptions, photos, and quote data remain your property. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Quotes generated by the Service are estimates based on AI analysis and standard fabrication practices. They are not guarantees of actual costs. Users are responsible for verifying all estimates before relying on them for contracts or purchasing decisions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREATEQUOTE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period as required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
